    Hello, is there a logic to how you place mesh points in spaces like inside of the chest, that don't have any geometry to trace? Lovely work, I work with Live2D but this tutorial is still helpful :)

    Hi there, very inspiring! I want to create something similar for my students inside Unity without using Spine. The most challenging part is finding the right angle to swap the image or mesh. It will still be a cut-out animation but with asset swapping inside the timeline. I saw someone created this concept for you via ArtStation, but I can't find something as appealing as that. Do you know if there's any way to approach such a task in Unity without using Spine? Also, is there a chance to use some of the same images and import the deformed image (baked) into Unity for asset swapping? Again, this is for learning purposes and won't be shown as a portfolio piece. Thank you! p.s I'll credit you and the original creator, of course, as a valuable source of knowledge, as well as in this or the longer version video!

    I'm sorry, but the part in PS is impossible to watch because you rotate the canvas all the time, and the Spine part has crazy speed, so it's impossible to get any single thing from it. It's not some drawing or whatnot, you had to make it slower, so viewers would be able to understand what you are doing

    üzgünüm ama emeğine yazık olmuş hiç bir şey anlaşılmıyor özellikle rigleme kısmını 2 saat izledim ne yaptığın hakkında hiç bir fikrim yok 0.25 e aldığım halde aşırı hızlı mantıklı olan bu kadar uzun bir videoyu 20 dakikaya indirmek değil part part atmak sanırım çünkü başım döndü anlamsız olmuş.

      There are many advantages of using a 2d asset in a game project instead of 3d. You get a much more quality rendered image than what you would get from the game engine's real-time render. It has smaller file size than a 3d model and it runs more efficiently performance-wise. No wonder most casual mobile games use spine...

    • @user-kn6hw1hb5e
      @user-kn6hw1hb5e 5 месяцев назад

      @ I understand that. I've a question what will be the pros and cons of making the 3d model, setting up the lightings and taking animation render form a software (e.g. blender), and using frames from that render as a sprite animation in a game engine. As compared to what you did in this tutorial. Thank you

    •  5 месяцев назад

      @@user-kn6hw1hb5e File size would be much larger with sprite anination than what spine uses

    • @alexket8403
      @alexket8403 Месяц назад

      @@user-kn6hw1hb5ethe difference is that spine will use a single texture file as the source of this image, and a render would be using multiple full images, and depending on framerate it can be anywhere from twice as heavy to like 10-20 times heavier. Hope this helps
